Today we have an update on the cubs, especially the sick cubs who are in confinement. The news is good! After the deaths of Flapjack and Burrito, everyone was worried about the future for the remaining cubs, but this update should put your fears to rest. They also relate how hard everyone – curators, board members, and others have worked over the past couple of weeks. It has definitely been a team effort! It has been said that bear rescue is a rollercoaster of emotions from unbelievable joy to unbearable sadness, sometimes within the same day.
In our next quick post, we’ll show how Juggles finally was released into a Wild Enclosure. He has been quite patient since his rescue and the removal of the jug that gave him his name.
