It seems that putting Thumper in with Tamale was a good move on the part of the curators. Just look:
Thumper and Tamale sleep snuggled together. Both cubs have benefited
from this new arrangement.
Curator Cole cleans one room in Hartley House and delivers breakfast.
Both cubs head for the bowls. Thumper seems to have his appetite back!
Martha and Betsy sleep together in The Cub House. They are putting up with their confinement, at least for now.
Tater and Nugget went for a walk and who should they meet but Doodlebug!
Eek! Something scared them (no telling what) and all three ran for the trees.
It wasn’t a serious threat,and the cubs went back to what they were doing before.
Cubs in Enclosure #1 wrestle and forage, sometimes simultaneously.
All five are foraging at the same time. We can’t help but wonder what mischief they are plotting!
At last, a picture of Juggles! His ears, which had been totally flattened by the jug he had on his head for two months(!) have sprung back to normal. The curators are happy with his progress.
