As you know, Twinkle Bear has been fascinated by The Forbidden Tree for as long as she has been at ABR. We have also seen that, after months of ignoring it, Tinsel just recently joined the Sisterhood of The Forbidden Tree, and has shown interest in climbing it, too. Today we present several scenes about their interest and what it has done to their budding friendship.
Twinkle arrived to find Tinsel busy trying to climb The Forbidden Tree.
They repeated their old “dance around the tree” routine, and Tinsel moved on.
Twinkle climbed; Tinsel foraged not far away.
Later, Twinkle came back to climb again.
Tinsel returned, much to Twinkle’s displeasure.
There was huffing.
Fisticuffs followed.
Getting serious with a bluff charge!
Twinkle sat at the base of the tree and watched Tinsel.
Both of them returned during the day.
They exchanged huffs.

Tinsel bluff-charged Twinkle.
Look carefully, and you will see Tinsel’s paws as she climbed up the back side.
Next morning, things were back to normal. Twinkle slept in while Tinsel stomped on top of the den.
