Boudreaux and Balthazar

It’s time to check up on the two male yearlings. King B seems to be a daytime sleeper who is active at night.

King B roams his enclosure in the wee small hours.
His roaming brings him to a sapling.
Being a young bear, King B simply must attack and bend the small tree.
Did he destroy the sapling? Or has it sprung back to entice him another day? He climbed up to his platform to sleep, so we don’t know the outcome.
Meanwhile, in the enclosure next door, Boudreaux sleeps soundly.

Boudreaux sleeps peacefully, but we know that he also commits mischief from time to time (often, in fact).
