Our new brother and sister are slowly beginning to explore their territory. As they venture out through the large pen they will find the food that has been thrown over the fence into the enclosure, and, being bears, they will happily eat. While we wait for our friends to collect acorns for the cubs, we are using peanuts as a substitute. Nuts of any and every kind are very important at this time of year.
