In our last post we told how Angus Bear was released to Wild Enclosure #1 to establish his presence before the newest triplets joined him. Now the triplets (Highland, Piper, and Nessie) have entered the enclosure to join him, and these photos are the result.
The triplets climbed up to the resting platform.
Angus (pointed out by the tartan arrow) blew at one of the triplets who got too close. The cub retreated, but didn’t go far.
Ignoring the other cubs, Angus continued to explore the Tire Bridge.
Of course he tried the tire water – yum!
Saying goodbye to the others (perhaps) Angus climbed the tree.
One rose among the thorns – Lovely Nessie is the only female in the enclosure.
Angus settled down for a snooze.
Their first day in the enclosure went well, and the four cubs spent the night near to each other. A good sign!
It seems that these four will get along very well. Lets see how their friendships develop in coming days.
