The four yearlings are doing well, including our recent surgical patient, Lovey Bear. In fact, here he is.

It’s good to see him snuggled up to Not a Polar Bear.

Mistletoe is looking good and healthy. He has stopped the pacing, which is a good sign.

Mistletoe and his sister, Peppermint, are still using the culvert den.

Speaking of Peppermint – here she is.

The two yearlings sat for a while, just looking toward the Acclimation Pen.

Then they went inside. Mistletoe checked out the gate (again) and Peppermint found a backscratcher.

What’s this? The siblings have been busy.

They took the door off of a culvert den. Still trying to destroy ABR property!

Next door, there is Nettles, the “Bird Bear” in her tree. She is very comfortable and happy there!
