On August 21st, a meeting for new volunteers was held at the newly-opened Picnic Pantry in Townsend, TN. We are very happy to welcome these volunteers, who are full of ideas and enthusiasm for ABR and its mission. Here are some photos of the participants at the training session, where they learned about various educational activities such as tabling, presentations for clubs and civic groups, and school programs including the popular “Adopt-a-Cub” program. They are anxious to get started, and we are anxious for them to get to work on behalf of ABR. Thank you, volunteers!
