Little Bit, the injured yearling cub, is making progress.  Today she had the last dose of that bitter antibiotic medicine.   We think this photo shows what she thinks of that medicine – it’s yucky!

In this photo you can see that the wound on her snout is healing well.  Yes, she will always have a “pug nose,” due to the fact that a chunk was bitten out of her snout, but as it heals it will be less noticeable, and we doubt that she will be embarrassed about her appearance!
