The little bears at ABR are on the verge of being in hyperphagia! They are spending more time on the ground, eating all the food that the curators toss into their enclosures. This is a short video of the cubs in Wild Enclosure #4, gobbling up their food.
As the next days and weeks will reveal, hyperphagia will cause them to eat pretty much nonstop to put on the weight they need to get them through the winter. Watch this space!
