Another Blog I read linked to a new blog (a few months old) by Jeffrey Trust, a park ranger in Yosemite.  Jeffrey Trust’s job, his blog states, is to work on the park’s website, educate and inspire the park’s visitors, and chase the park’s bears.

Trust’s blog is about more than just bears in Yosemite but many of his stories describe bear encounters – more particularly, astounding stories about Park visitors (remember, we are the visitors, not the bears) not following the food storage rules.

Yosemite is a long way away from the Smokies but it appears the visitors and the bears are not all that different.
