In yesterday’s post, we told you that Turnip Bear was released into Wild Enclosure #1. Today we present the video of that event. Turnip, you may remember, was rescued after an accident that left the cub injured. He was found to have a broken jaw and was placed in The Recovery Center and given only a soft food diet for a few days. After about ten days, he went into the Hartley House after Puddin’ moved outside. The UT vets gave Turnip the OK to move outside on August 27.
This short video shows him exiting Hartley House and going into the Wild Enclosure.

Things change at ABR very often! Be sure you check back for the latest news of the cubs!
