It was a chilly day after a cold night and the cubs were feeling less than energetic.  They settled in down lower in the favorite tree, choosing “Summitt’s branch,” where they napped and snoozed, coming down now and then to snack on apples and pears.

It’s a good thing that branch is thick and sturdy, with the three chubby cubs on it!
