In our previous post we showed the brief history and release of one of the Christmas cubs, now yearlings, Tinsel Bear. Here is how her enclosure mate, Twinkle, fared. You may recall that the two girls arrived during December 2023 and for the first couple of months together they wanted nothing to do with one another. Finally, about a month ago, they became friends and played, rested, and slept together. We were glad to see the changes in their attitudes toward each other. Now we continue to care for the needs of our six COYs (Cubs Of the Year). It will be a wild year, of that we are sure!
