There are three little bears in Hartley House. They are the most recent arrivals, with Crockett Bear being the last to arrive just a week ago. We start with him.
He likes to hide under the branches, but this photo caught him partially out.
Unsurprisingly, due to his malnourished condition, he likes to eat and is fond of the bear milk replacement formula.
After emptying his bowl of formula he turns to the shelled walnuts.
Siblings Rags and Scruffy sleep with Not-a-Polar-Bear.
Rags may always be smaller than his brother, but he is gaining weight.
Rags takes off for the Acclimation Pen, and Scruffy is right behind him.
Look how round Rags’ caboose is now! He is definitely filling out.
Fortunately, the brothers are still being patient with their confinement.
In our next post we will see the twenty-six cubs who are outside.
