ABR would like to congratulate Bill Stiver who has been appointed as the Supervisory Wildlife Biologist in charge of Great Smoky Mountains National Park’s Wildlife Program. Bill will replace Kim Delozier, who recently retired from Federal Service. We have worked with Bill for several years and look forward to continuing our working relationship with Bill.
