Peeps Bear has been in The Cub Nursery ever since her arrival at ABR. But she was showing the curators that she wanted to move out – she was actually climbing the walls of her pen!
We can almost her her saying “Let me out!”
So the curators obliged, and moved her into the Recovery Center, where she has more room but the curators can still monitor her closely.
Her big eyes show how surprised she is by the new space.
Peeps looks around as if trying to take it all in.
She has some stuffie companions, one larger than she is!
She will be introduced to other cubs when the time is right. She’s gaining weight – almost 4 pounds now – but is still smaller than the others. Stay tuned to follow the ongoing story!
