Established in 1948 by the late Russell Reed Kramer, Kramer-Rayson LLP is a law firm in both Oak Ridge and Knoxville that practices general law in multiple fields. Some of these fields include tax and contractual matters, health law, and representation of businesses in employment, to name a few. Additionally, the firm handles both litigation and transactional issues.
Currently, the firm has thirty-one lawyers, all of whom are law school graduates from various schools including, but not limited to, The University of Tennessee, Vanderbilt University, Seattle University.
Most members of Kramer-Rayson are encouraged to become involved in community activities. A few have served in institutions such as the Knoxville Museum of Art and The University of Tennessee while others participate in charitable and educational events around Tennessee.
