June 24th was moving day for the cubs. After much preparation, a new, larger pen was ready for the Trio – Bobby, weighing in at 41.42 pounds, Ham, at 37.02 pounds, and Sissy, at 28.2 pounds. In the bear world, females are always about one-third smaller than males, so she is not underweight. These photos show Bobby testing the water in the new pool and Ham, studying the new digs.
