We know that bears are extremely sure-footed and have amazing balance. To prove it, here is Taco Bear walking on the narrow rim of the Cub Tub.
No problem!
Since the weather has been very warm, some of the cubs are enjoying the Cub Tub or the Cubby Pool.
Thyme Bear joins Taco in the Cub Tub. It’s funny how often cubs prefer this smaller body of water. It is rather crowded for two cubs!
Another cub takes a turn in the drinking tub.
After her bath, Truffle dries off (?) with a good scratch on the tree.
Cartoon bears do this all the time, but real bears do, too!
The fourth cub in the enclosure, Thyme Bear, is resting on the platform. We like to see the cubs using the platform instead of the branches high in the trees. From our human perspective it seems much safer!
Later, Thyme has climbed into a tire on the Tire Bridge. Her brother tries to get her to leave.
In Wild Enclosure #4,we find Rosemary and Little Trouble, alert to whatever is going on.
Highland Bear, in enclosure #1, takes a nap.
Doesn’t he look peaceful?
Angus Bear is able to squeeze between the tier and the tree, but he won’t be able to for much longer!
