On September 28th, a TWRA officer brought yet another orphaned bear cub to ABR. Sorry, we don’t have a photo yet, but can tell you the little male cub is very small, only about 15 pounds, but is a feisty one, having been on his own for some time. He seems to be fitting right in with the other 3 orphans that came in a week ago. He is happy to have companionship and is claiming his share of food and squeezing into the culvert that is used by the other 3 as a “den” area. We’ll post photos of all 4 when we are able to get them.
