It’s almost here – the 3rd Black Bear Expo will be held this Saturday, May 5th, at Trillium Cove Shopping Village on Lamar Alexander Parkway (Hwy 321) in Townsend, TN.  If you have been to one of the other Expos, you’ll remember that it was a great educational and fun event.  This year’s event will be just as great.  If you didn’t make it to the previous events, do plan to attend this one!  There will be lots of information about ABR and about bears; fun and educational games for children (and adults); music by the Ross Brothers and clogging by J Creek Cloggers; a display by TWRA and one by the Smoky Mountains National Park; a demonstration of the proper way to set up a camping spot in bear country; a bearproof garbage container display; food from the Picnic Pantry and a barbecue vendor; and arts and crafts vendors and others, selling their wares.  It promises to be a great day for all!  Hope to see you there!
