Night into Morning

We see the yearlings in their enclosure at night. They like to sleep on their platform.

There are two bears sleeping here – Sweetie and Daffodil. It almost looks like a very long bear with extra legs and paws.
By morning, there were three bears, as Iris had joined them.

The cubs in Wild Enclosure #2 were up early, getting to work on foraging and destruction of whatever was in their way.
Busy cubs!

The bears at ABR can choose to get up early or to sleep in. Just so they eat and chubbify, all is good. And they are doing a great job of chubbifying!
