- Blackberry Jam at Trillium Cove
The Blackberry Jam event at Trillium Cove was held on Saturday, September 3rd in Townsend TN. It was a big success, attended by many friends and supporters of ABR as well as visitors to the area. The weather cooperated, although it was rather hot (90+). Everyone said “At least it’s not raining,” and then, just an hour before the announced end time, a storm came through and ended the event very abruptly. Cooled us off, though.
There were vendors selling many different items, and lots of education about bears going on. We want to thank everyone who participated in this first Blackberry Jam, and look forward to doing it again next year.
