Welcome sign
This was the sign that welcomed folks to the Mountain Hoedown in Gatlinburg TN on Saturday October 16th. We wrote about the event earlier, encouraging everyone to attend and support the work of ABR. The event was well attended, and those who came to enjoy the evening were treated to delicious food (hors d’oeuvres to desserts), music and dancing, and a silent auction featuring many wonderful items. We thank all of those individuals who donated items for our auction, which raised much-needed funds for the continued care of our bears. Since the facility including serving staff, and the food were donated, all profits benefited ABR.
