This is an ABR video that features the three COYs, Thumper, Flapjack, and Doodlebug. Thumper has the largest part, since he is in Hartley House and is such an active, energetic little fellow. The other two cubs are still in The Cub Nursery and don’t have the space to be as rambunctious. We are sure that you’ll enjoy the busy little bears, and it will make you look forward to the day when all three of them are together in Hartley House.
Flapjack will probably be next to move into larger quarters, and Doodlebug will follow when she outgrows her “wee” status. The sounds are simply ambient noise. No bird songs or other sounds are added, to emphasize that bear cubs are very quiet, even when playing. They learn that early on because in the wild, noise will attract attention, possibly from predators, and that is certainly not wanted by baby bears. Enjoy the video!
