The work is almost done in Enclosures #1 and #2, as you will see. And as a treat, we’ll share a look back at a cub from a few years ago.

The Tire Bridge is down, A squirrel is the last to cross it.

Platforms are gone, and now the tires will be removed.

The Tire Bridge may return, just in a different way.

Here is Ferdinand. He was rescued in 2020 from a field of cows.

The cows slurped him and he was soaking wet!

Ferdinand had some serious problems. The vets at UTCVM kept him in the ICU for a few days.

In the Wild Enclosure at ABR he was a big fan of The Tire Bridge!

He was a footstool for Tweetsie Bear.

He thrived and made friends.

In January 2021, he was ready for release, weighing 83 pounds!

He climbed a tree immediately – he was home!
