Out with the old, heavy, firehose hammock.

Mayapple is coming up. This spring wildflower was trampled to extinction in the Enclosures, but after the burn and preparation of the soil, the long-dormant seeds are taking root again.

A mayapple bloom is hidden beneath the leaves.

Spring Peeper eggs and tadpoles. Soon this old pool will be replaced with a new one. Hopefully, the tadpoles can be relocated.
