Eat, Play, Rest and Recharge

The busy cubs of Wild Enclosure #2 are foraging and eating everything they find, both curator-provided and nature-provided. Then they play on their “playground equipment,” and when they get tired they have to recharge their batteries by resting.

Downy Bear found a peanut while foraging.
Chickadee discovered the delight of a bendable sapling.
Next, Chickadee ate peanuts. Though they didn’t learn this from their mothers, the cubs instinctively know how to shell and eat the tasty peanuts.
Firefly Bear finds peanuts, too. Yum yum!
Two of the cubs on The Tire Bridge. They figured that out pretty fast!
Peanuts by the pool.
Raven grabs an apple out of the water.
Dangling from the Firehose Hammock takes skill and strength. So does climbing on it.
Cubby smacking is another challenging activity, especially when balanced on the platform supports.

We can see that the cubs go nonstop for quite a period of time. It must be time for them to rest up for the next round of activities. Stay tuned.
