Beignet Bear, the Louisiana yearling, demonstrated her morning routine, including some exercises. We show part of the routine in this post; the rest will be in the next post. She has a routine that would be good for any of us to follow.

She is still sleeping.
Well, maybe she isn’t going to get up at all! She certainly looks relaxed in this pose.
Here we go. She starts with leg raises, which she does skillfully.
Then she stretches her tongue and leg at the same time.
A good stretch to start the day.
