Summitt Bear is quite famous in the ABR roster. He came to ABR as a malnourished yearling in March, 2017, when he weighed just 23 pounds.

He appropriated this particular branch in one of the trees, where he spent many hours hanging out. In fact, it is still referred to as “Summitt’s branch,” and is used by many cubs and yearlings who have followed in his footsteps. Today we are reminiscing about this popular bear who was released after four months, weighing 88.5 pounds!
